Established in 1995 by the management team of Lance Bennett and Scott Hickey, the Southern California Horsemans Council caters to the San Diego Hunter/Jumper, and All Breed communities.  Southern California Horsemans Council was created by horse show exhibitors for horse show exhibitors; pledging a professionally run show, value for the dollar, and a fun, casual atmosphere to show in.
